If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would. Whist visiting Cheltenham during Christmas I broke my glasses. Although my frame was beyond repair the two ladies in store quickly located a new frame that was suitable for my existing lenses. I was away with what felt like new glasses in just 10 mins. None of the other opticians I visited would even look to see if there was a frame that was close. Amazing service and if I lived locally would be my optician of choice. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you saved my Christmas.

I broke my Prada sunglasses by sitting on them on holiday (whoops)! The whole arm had come off at the hinge. I took the glasses in and they were able to fix them straight away. They were very accommodating and managed to fix them within two hours so that I wouldn’t have to return another day. They charged me an extremely reasonable fee of £20 and did a super job. You would never know they were broken and he even straightened the other arm for me so they actually cross over neater when folded now. Would recommend to anyone and I will definitely return if I have any future problems. Thank you.

Holly and Rob were especially attentive, honest, and personable throughout the process. They were patient as I tried on numerous pairs of glasses and made sure I was happy with my choice. The quality of my new frames is excellent, and they even came with a lovely gift bag and a sturdy case, which was a nice touch.
